Chill And Chocolate Smoothie

If you're looking to loose weight, but can quite give up the chocolate, then this smoothie is for you! So here's how to make it...


  • 200ml skimmed milk
  • 6-8 cubes ice
  • 1 tbsp. desiccated coconut
  • ½ fresh red chilli
  • 5g  Guarana Powder (or 25ml brewed espresso)

  1. Firstly, prepare all your ingredients.
  2. Put all your ingredients into a blender and blend until you reach a smooth/creamy texture.
