Healthy Foods For Your Shopping List

When shopping it's very easy to pick up a bag of crisps or a couple bottles of coke, but what should we really put on our shopping list? Sort answer -healthy food! As much as we all love a chocolate bar... or two, we have to substitute these fatty foods for some healthy alternatives if you wish to loose weight or gain muscle. Eating healthy doesn't necessarily mean to eat your greens and get your 5-a-day, there are a lot of tasty foods that you can have that will give you all the nutrients you need. Losing Weight List

When dieting, people often think "eat less" or "eat healthy", but you don't have to deprive yourself of food and you can still eat some fatty foods. In fact, if you make sure that your calorie intake is slightly under your calories burnt.
