Strawberry Protein Smoothie Recipe
This is a beautiful and refreshing blend of our strawberry Premium Whey Protein and natural frozen strawberries smoothie. Not only will you be receiving 1 of your 5 a day with this drink, but you will have all the perks of using our Whey Protein. Our protein Vegan friendly and Gluten free, it is also low in Fats and Carbohydrates. Is also high quality RAW ingredients.
This delicious drink is very easy to make and will take seconds to make. Here is how to make it.
- 250ml skimmed milk.
- 100g frozen strawberries (to accompany the strawberry protein only).
- 2tbsp Greek or quark yogurt (whichever you prefer or have available).
- 1 scoop Strawberry Premium Whey Protein (for all the flavours you choose).
If you were to choose a different flavour from our range, here are the amounts of ingredients you would need to accompany each flavour protein:
banana flavour requires: 1/2 banana.
vanilla flavour requires: 1 scoop of vanilla ice-cream.
chocolate flavour requires: half a chocolate bar ( heat between 30-32 degrees to melting point before adding to mix).
chocolate hazelnut flavour requires: half a chocolate bar ( heat between 30-32 degrees to melting point before adding to mix) & 5 crunched hazel nuts.
cookies & cream flavour requires: half a pack of cookies (crunched up) & 50ml double cream.
- Prepare your ingredients.
- Put all your ingredients into a blender and blend until you reach a smooth consistency.
- Enjoy your healthy, refreshing protein smoothie.
